OVERVIEW:
Hands-down, the finest Aventura has to offer. Bourbon Steak is exquisite for the simplicity of its menu (steaks and seafood) and the truly astounding quality found therein. That's to say nothing of the atmosphere. Located inside the ultra-chic Fairmont Turnberry Resort in the heart of Aventura, Bourbon Steak is the epitome of world-class dining. This restaurant would stand out in any city in the United States. (And it does, as there are locations in San Francisco, Scottsdale, Ariz., and Washington, D.C. Looking to impress someone important in your life? Take them here. From experience, I can say unequivocally that the Maine scallops are divine. And there's no cut of meat that won't have you savoring every last bite. Never been? You can start slowly by trying Bourbon Steak's Happy Hour (half-priced cocktails from 5pm till 8pm in the lounge and bar) or Ladies Night starting at 7 o'clock on Thursdays. Trust me, this place is a gem. Whether you're sitting at the bar with a few heavenly libations and snacking on the incredible duck fat fries, or going all-out on an otherworldly wood-grilled filet mignon in the dining room, the memory of your experience will last a lifetime.
